Owain Service

Owain Service is the CEO at CogCo and an honorary professor of Behavioural Science at Warwick Business School. With Rory Gallagher, he is a co-author of the book Think Small (2017).

Owain Service holds BA from the University of Cambridge in Social and Political Science. He was previously the co-founder and Managing Director of the UK Government’s Behavioural Insights Team, and before that, was a Deputy Director of the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, where he led programs of work on public service reform, education, and energy.

His focus lies in helping organizations to build their internal capabilities relating to the behaviors of their customers and employees; and in the practical application of behavioral science.

Owain Service lives with his family in London.

You will need to keep on building the scaffolding too, protecting your structure from the wind and rain as you go.
