Can CEO’s see this? Not as often as they should. What is the first thing a Business Consultant does when requested to help a Company? He checks for the efficiency levels by analyzing how the team works together, and only afterwards can he make judgments about the weakest links, the viral elements and the corrections necessary to be made in management and procedures.

We must promote classes in which students cooperate, not compete, classes in which students can see the value of speed and efficiency, because anyone on the top knows that those elements are the ones that make the difference between a highly competitive company and a weaker one.
