The volume launches the new series of the Medievalists’ Society. The focus is on the relationship between Man and God that marked all areas of the monotheistic medieval world. Issues include the interrelationship of God and Man, of God’s image and the image of man, of the Creator and His creature, and the differences between divine and human creation and creativity. Contributors include scholars from literary, musical, and art studies.
