Many leaders in church and business realise ‘culture’ is important, but perhaps due to the intangible nature of ‘culture’, don’t fully know why or what to do about it.

The first chapter, by Paul Manwaring looks at what culture is and why it is so important before the rest of the book further breaks down some of the constituent parts of culture and gives practical ideas for leading yourself and others to new cultures that bring life.
