Beth finds herself reunited with her high school crush, Jace, at a friend's wedding. As the night progresses--and with a few too many drinks--things take a heated and uncontrollable turn.
It was supposed to be a harmless one-night fling, but there's a catch: Jace is a prominent politician who can't afford to be seen messing around with just anyone.
And that “anyone” happens to be Beth, who isn't so much upset about the media's portrayal of her, more furious that she can't remember a single moment from her encounter with this Thor-like senator.
In the campaign's attempt to evade further media attention, the inadvertent couple is whisked away to a secluded island, where they're surprised to find themselves enrolled in a couple's therapy/honeymoon program.
What could possibly go wrong when two people with a shared history are trapped together, both unwilling to admit their true feelings?
