description needs to be added to your story. The reader wants to feel like they’re in the same place the main character is.

There has to be some kind of intrigue so they will be motivated to continue reading.

Don’t forget to wrap up each and every subplot.

Don’t let the subplot take over your story.

You have to devise a problem that the audience can’t figure out how the characters can overcome it.
