Romeo and Juliet

In the sweltering heat of Verona, the ancestral feud between Capulet and Montague claims the lives of their children. The intensity of Romeo and Juliet's love is depicted as a force of nature, moving with a speed that defies the caution of the older generation. The play captures the absolute nature of youthful passion, where the only alternatives are total union or death. It remains the definitive tragedy of love, immortalizing the beauty and danger of impulsive emotion.
