This refers to any cryptocurrency that is not Bitcoin. It is short for alternative coin. It is worth noting that investing in altcoin can also be highly lucrative.

Bagholder
This refers to a victim of a pump and dump scheme where a person who trades altcoins holds on to his coins for too long that he will be left with nothing but losses as the price of the cryptocurrency where he has an investment continue to fall down. The term pump and dump refers to the fraudulent practice of using false and promotional hype to draw attention and interest which can increase the price of a certain cryptocurrency so that it can be sold at a profit.

Bull Market
Obviously, this is the opposite of a bear market. It is a way to describe a market situation where the price of a cryptocurrency or cryptocurrencies is increasing or are about to increase. This is a good time to make an investment.

Bull
This is the opposite of a Bear. It refers to a cryptocurrency investor or trader who thinks that the price of a cryptocurrency is about to shoot up, which then encourages investments to be made.

Bear Market
This is similar to a Bear but refers to the status of the market instead of an investor. It is a definition given to a market when the prices of the assets being traded are falling down or are about to fall down.

Bear
Just like in the stock market as in Wall Street, a bear refers to a person who thinks that the price of bitcoin (or any other cryptocurrency) is about to drop.
