The Coultas Family History was written for the COULTAS CENTENNIAL which was held in Ojai, Ventura County during the month of June, 1987.
The principal family members in the History are William Walter
Coultas (Pa Coultas) 1846–1929 and Ruth Ann Wells (Ma Coultas)
1849–1896.
There are four parts to the History. Chapter I traces some ancestors of the Coultas Family, and some historical events paralleling the lives of these ancestors. Chapter II is one devoted to Pa and Ma Coultas. The following thirteen chapters of the Coultas Family History tell the story of each one of William Walter Coultas and Ruth Ann Wells’ thirteen children and their families. The concluding chapter serves as a record of the evaluation stage of the Coultas Centennial.
