Lightbringers and Lamplighters

This is an allegory. It’s the story of Ham the Huddler, and what happens to him and his journey of discovery.  It’s about ideas and limitations and self-imposed restrictions.
At least, I think that’s what it’s about.
At least one of my friends in the agile software development community told me that it was about agile. Or something like that.
From where I sit, it’s about whatever you think it’s about.
