Philip Kaisary is from North London and he is an Assistant Professor at the University of Warwick. His first book, THE HAITIAN REVOLUTION IN THE LITERARY IMAGINATION: RADICAL HORIZONS, CONSERVATIVE CONSTRAINTS, came out with the University of Virginia Press in Spring 2014.
