Stop Trying to "Marie Kondo" a Neurodivergent Brain.

If you have AuDHD, traditional cleaning advice isn't just unhelpful—it’s dangerous.

They tell you to "pull everything out at once" (hello, Doom Pile). They tell you to "decant your cereal into matching jars" (hello, friction). They tell you to "just do it" (hello, Executive Dysfunction).

You aren't lazy. You are running a Ferrari engine with bicycle brakes, and you need a manual written for your operating system.

The Neuro-Mechanic’s Guide to Home Maintenance is not a book about organization. It is a prosthetic for your Executive Function.

Based on the principles of Somatic Regulation and Dopamine Gamification, this workbook replaces shame with mechanics. It gives you permission to struggle and the tools to function.

Inside The Neuro-Mechanic’s Toolkit:

The Dopamine Menu: Stop relying on "willpower." Choose tasks based on your energy levels ("Spoons"), from Low-Energy "Appetizers" to High-Focus "Entrées."
The "Save Point" System: A physical method to pause cleaning without losing your progress (or your mind) when distractions hit.
Junebugging 101: Why wandering around your house is actually the most efficient way for you to clean.
The "Doom Box" Excavation Grid: A step-by-step template to dismantle the piles of shame without melting down.
Somatic Shielding: How to use "Armor" (headphones, gloves, shoes) to bypass sensory icks and tactile defensiveness.
Procrastination-Proof Templates: Interactive RNG (Random Number Generator) boards to game-ify your chores and bypass decision paralysis.

[BONUS INCLUDED]: Scan the QR code inside to download the Printable Expansion Pack, including physical "Save Point" cards and the "Dopamine Menu" fridge tracker.

Forget "Pinterest Perfect." Let's build a home that functions.

Scroll up and grab your manual. It’s time to start the engine.
