Awakening Consciousness in Shadowy Times (2016-10-26) - On both individual and societal levels, suffering arises from the unseen, unfelt parts of our psyche. This talk looks at two interrelated ways of practice that help us to awaken from a limiting self-sense characterized by “something is wrong with me, or you.” In addition to guided meditations, our time includes sharing from participants.
