Mr. Beard is a hilarious figure and looks goofy to the point that his behavior makes the whole village excited. For example, just because of the bitter bean curry that his wife cooks the effect spread too wide as the Head of State must intervene. Large drums were hit many times all over the place and villagers were panicking. Some were frightened, others were confused, and many could not do anything.
